Located in MIDC Bhosari, Pune — the Detroit of India — our team of over 40 engineers and technicians work in a spaciously designed factory with the latest 3D & 2D CAD design facilities.

From a precision tool-room in Pune to a full-scale SPM manufacturer serving customers worldwide.

Our Story

Productivity Aids Pvt. Ltd. (PAPL) was incorporated in 1989 by a father-son duo of Shyam and Shirish Bagal, who recognised the need for tool-rooms which can identify and satisfy the needs in the Indian market.

PAPL is a "State of the Art" Tool-room situated at Pune, the industrial hub of India — also known as the Detroit of India — since most of the auto majors and their ancillary units are located in and around Pune.

Starting with simple Jigs, Fixtures and Gauges as per customer designs, PAPL has grown into a company that designs, develops and manufactures complex Fixtures, Special Purpose Machines and Equipment.

PAPL is a team of over 40 engineers and technicians. The best of indigenous and imported machine tools and equipment, manned by trained and committed personnel, work methodically in a spaciously designed and laid out factory building.

The completely computerised Design Department is equipped with the latest 3D and 2D Software — ProEngineer, Solid Edge, SolidWorks and AutoCAD — and has earned a reputation for being a technology-savvy, progressive and professionally managed company.

The company is today certified in the latest ISO 9001 accreditation.
